Booking.com 10/10 Exceptional
The property was amazing, it was spotless and had everything you needed for self catering, the bed was so comfortable we slept great, the bonus was the outside space with the brilliant pool and loads of inflatable toys if you had kids staying. BBQ area, I can not fault this villa, 10mins walk down to the beech, next to the old town, also near Albufeira Marina which had some lovely places to eat. The owners are lovely and so friendly, You won’t be disappointed with this villa.

Very clean and quite, nice reception, good location. Disliked · For the absolute perfection i'd add small details like to have in place a tea, coffe, solt and things like that. I had have to buy it in a supermarket.

Every thing about the villa was spot on from the spacious bedrooms and the newly refurbished bathrooms and a kitchen ware the owners have thought of everything you may need also the loverly outside area which we made great use of . Mandy and paulo were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay we would definitely recommend this excellent villa Andy and trish ...

Welcome at airport by Paulo and Mandy. Well equipped villa, with instruction manuals available for all high tech gadgets. Everything needed was already supplied. Paulo and Mandy are the perfect hosts.

Although hilly to get to from the town centre, villa is well situated. The owners were friendly and there for any problems you may have as they lived nearby in an annex.

· Amazing villa with a gorgeous garden. The bathrooms were big and modern with lovely showers. Kitchen was also modern with a dishwasher. The hammock was my favourite feature. The pool was clean and a lot bigger than it looked in the pictures. Mandy and Paulo were great hosts and looked after us very well. Disliked · The beds in the 2nd bedroom could be a little more comfy but it did stop me sleeping like a log every night. The kettle had to be boiled on the hob, but once I got the knack it was no problem. Tiny issues that wouldn't stop me returning.

Mandy and Paulo were great hosts, and very welcoming for our family . Pool and villa was very child friendly..The Villa was in great location 10 minutes walk to the old town. Would highly recommend, could not fault.. Would definitely stay here again
